At Petalsyard, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with both our products and services. Below is our policy on cancellations and refunds.
1. Product Orders:
Cancellation: You may cancel your product order within 24 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped.
– Refund: If a cancellation is successful, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
– Returns & Refunds for Fresh Flower Products: Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for original flower products unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or refund.
– Returns for Non-Perishable Items: For non-perishable products like artificial flowers or home décor, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
2. Event Services:
– Cancellation: Event bookings may be canceled up to 14 days before the event date for a partial refund (50% of the deposit). Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event date will not be eligible for a refund.
– Changes: Changes to event bookings can be made up to 7 days before the event. After this, changes may incur additional fees.
3. Refund Process:
– Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
